i dont understand why people are asking doubts about obc and caste certificates, this is a private bank and there is no caste based reservations here, no where mentioned in the advertisement and inspite of this if bank is asking caste certificates for interview ,, i can tell there could be some malicious intent behind it.. as i have read somewhere and also heard tht KVB management gives preference to some particular castes.. so ppl pls beware. this could be done to just know your caste identity and discriminate .
