Finally done with interview.Very bad experience as my civil engg qns flew above my head. Some candidates were interviewed for 10-12 min with very very easy qns and some were drilled for 20-25 mins. If u dont know ur graduation/engg then u will really feel BORED sittting in front of panelists(there were 3 of them). It seems panelists hv questions prepared well and more than candidates. Shd hv taken graduation seriously. It seems wasted time and money

Today was my interview @bangalore centre and i hv lost all faith in these private recruitments. There were around 100+ candidates, and we were alloted different venues1/2/3 and serial nos.Then we had document verfication where i along with a girl whose number was just ahead of me was sitting and were verifying our documents. She was the daughter of a kvb employee who was posted in tamilnadu.The verifying person already knew this. It was evident by the way he was talking to her.After that bio metric was done and then we proceeded for interview.
My interview lasted for around 12-15 mins and very easy qns..no tech/no banking nothing was asked to me... and the other girl(daughter of kvb employee) was for 25-30mins when she came out i asked her the how was her interview she told it was full of technical knowledge from her ECE stream. On further conversation on our way back home she also told tamilnadu vacancies are full thats why she appeared here @bangalore.
So is recruitment already?
Why 12min interview and easy qn for some and why 20-25 min interview for others?
Can anyone share ECE qns asked in the interview?
I am from ece but they gave me 1 qn from programming and asked me to find error in it.They told me since everybody learn c/c++ in their first year....i must hv also learnt it. Out of three memebers one was malayali and he was atleast impressed by my malayali....must hv given me sm xtra marks.Preparing for GATE for last 6 mnths and knowledge came handy today. Conceptual qns were asked mostly....
Apart from IBPS we can't expect integrity in any other exam mode of selection... Even SBI too we can't expect on d way KVB 's nothing.

Interview over. But i think they could hv shown sm transparency. Its was looking like all scripted. It was visible who will be selected.I think i wasted 2 hrs during exam and 6-7 hrs today.And a lot of money and time also.
From my venue today only 2-3 were interviewd for more than 25 min and they were i think from the selected ones. Mine was over in just 10mins just wanted to run away from that fake place.
After reading interview experience i am confused weather to attend interview or not as i will be coming all the way from Delhi.
After reading reviews ...... I just went into my shelf and searched a book which covers all the basics of my graduation..... really tensed ....
Interview Drama over now can concentrate on other exams.
Simple advice to others........ solve qns frm ur graduations above moderate level and be ready for counter qns. Go through sm programms and try to find error.
guys any idea regarding the interview dates of KVB PO ?
Yesterday was my kvb interview and i can say it was no less than GATE interview....to me.Good quality qns were asked and since i am preparing for gate i could answer 70-80% of them....otherwise i was bound to thrown out after interview. Now i understood why they mentioned specifically btech in notification.They want u to have solid command over ur subject.
And going by the length of interview most of them 80-90% were out within 10-15 mins and other10-15% were interviewed thoroughly and these people only have chances.And since they r throughly interviewing only few candidates this also say that number of vacancies are in two digits only.
I think panelists have done their homework thoroughly.
Any one from tamilnadu having interview on 8th August in Karur?
