So, guyz & Girls wish me all luck u hv. Tomorrow is my d-day the interview for kvb po. Though it look like SO more.
Was not going for interview due to poor mechanical engg knowledge, but centre hv cm at a wakable distance......so decided to go.
With the help of friends from bangalore (who appeared for interview) , with the interview experience of pagalguy friends i hv studied and mugged up my whole mechanical engg this week....so will do my best tomorrow.
My target is i will stay for 1/2 an hr inside interview room and join that 5-10% club who were interviewed thoroughly. okk guyz.... good by

Friends, thank u all for wishing me yesterday. I am done with my kvb po interview...@chennai. As candidates were more so it took around 2hrs for biometric and verification. After that a slip was given on which my no. was 7th. Then we proceeded towards interview room.
All 5 candidates who were in front of me were out in 5-10mins....i got really nervous.But 6th candidate was interviewed for abt 35+mins, so it gave me hope that yes they r not in hurry. After that bell was rung and i went inside.....There were 3 panelists(Lets say m1,m2,m3)
m1 asked me to take a seat and then just asked 4-5 qns ...al one liners regarding my parents,family, bothers/sisters etc.
m2: u are mechanical grad....that too 2015...its a huge gap.
me: answered smhw
m2: we just interviewed a fresher and he has got both tech & bank knowledge and since u r the senior guy.....dont dissappoint us.
m3: okk arun tell me.....(he asked qn on mechanical vibrations smnthg related to under damped system / mass spring damper mode)
me: could not answer
m3: asked me 1 qn from thermodynmics(applied) and abt carnot cycle,stirling cycle.
me: i answered smnthg but they were not satisfied.
m3 tried to ask another qn to me but m2 said....
m2: u know programming......nowdays very popular and every engineer study this. Right?
(he asked 1 qn related to programming and it flew over my head)
m1: u know banking? or is it like ur engineering?
me: said i know and i am good at it etc etc etc
m2: son.... Anybody can learn banking..........if one cant we can teach but anyways......goodluck

Friends this was my interview experience and like most in my venue i was also out within 10 smthng minutes.
They did not ask me a Single Banking question.They could hv asked me had i shown them my technical knowledge.
I wasted last whole week on my engineering qns collected from already interviewed friends and none of those qns were asked everything was new. They r experienced, educated and ...all my work has gone to waste.
Really depressed....i think my cmng xams will also suffer.
Any weightage given to the candidates whose relatives work in kvb?
Anyone with instrumentation background?
In the call letter are they notifying that we have to bring sem mark list ??..pls reply
