in Last year recruitment notice 2015 it is clearly written that merit list will be from part 2 i e out of 160 marks and part 1 will be qualifying in nature.......but this year nothing is mentioned......so i got a feeling that eng and hindi marks will be added this time in merit

Individual cut off ka kya scene h, mujhe to keval Hindi English ki pata h....Hindi - 5 marks , English - 5  and combined in Hindi + English = 13 marks,  baki ki pata nahi, kisi ko pata ho to please
