i am hearing a lot about people who scored very good marks in written are failed in interview, only & sole reason for this is, bank's want local people to work in local places. So if you are victim of such injustice next time don't apply from different area/state even if you are staying there for some work purpose. In PO and officer exams as well.

for example ppl from UP apply from UP only and bihar from bihar, delhi from delhi only, punjab from punjab only caz even if you score good in written they will eventually fail you in interview, so no use then.
