any idea how is life goin to be during training, is it going to be just like college (bunks,mass bunks,talli parties etc etc) or some serious stuff?

How many of you have resigned from Bank to join LIC Group A and still not got relieving letter from Bank?
I resigned from Bank on 3rd october (after paying 3mnths salary + service bond + 15% service tax) but my Bank's HR said that He will not be able to issue me Relieving Certificate before 01 / 11 / 2016 as proper procedure is to be followed which requires clearing from various departments which will take good time, hence I called LIC HR and requested him to either allow me to join without Relieving letter (by taking undertaking from me that I will submit the Relieving Certificate by 01 / 11 / 2016) or provide me extension to join till 01 / 11 / 2016. But LIC denied me any extension and rather said that U need to report to your concerned ZTC with all the documents as mentioned in your appointment letter else we will not be able to help you, and no extension can be provided.
Now I had no option left either to make my relieving procedure quick or withdraw my resignation. I talked to various persons in my Bank's HR department but got no help hence due to my hard luck as only 5 working days were left till 15th october , my relieving procedure was not going to complete in any case in these 5 days. In other words I was stuck between BANK and LIC, bank was not going to relieve me before 01 / 11 / 2016 and LIC denied me any extension.
Now I have withdrawn my resignation from Bank and decided to miss this golden opportunity to join LIC.
How many of you are still struggling to get Relieved from their employers? Or facing same problem like me?
I request to all of you who are in same situation like me. Let's come together and mail our problem to higher authorities in LIC so that we too can join this organisation.

Friends, I am also selected as AAO in LIC. I just want to know about SSC Assistant Audit Officer job which is coded F in SSC CGL 2016 notification. Which among the two is better in terms of salary, job profile and carrer aspects.
