Hi there! Can anyone here please tell me if there is a difference between the salaries in General and Life insurance sector? I found that the base salary of both is the same i.e 17,240 still LIC in it's latest recruitment shows a gross of 40,245 while the NICL recruitment advertisement dated 2014 it shows 36,000. Also there is a bond of 4 years in both. I'm currently working in a bank as a PO. Would it be fruitful if I left my job for any one of them? Also, please shed some light on the benefits of the insurance sector when compared to banks, besides the same 5 days a week rhetoric! 😁
