Lic Aao vs Bank Po????
This question comes to every student mind..should i join aao or po even i myself was very confused when i was about to join lic aao 2015.
it would like to share some of my findings about both of these post.
Aao as name suggest it is purely an administrative job but bank po sometimes has pressure of targets which is not there for aao.
po has to learn and do every kind of work from cash collection,loans to managerial work,
aao has to work as hod of the department.
public dealing is less for an AAO as compared to po. work pressure,late settings are less than po
po's transfers are more frequent than aao.
aao's life is more peaceful than a po..
BUT
banking is bigger industry than life insurance..so chances of getting fat salary in private sector after getting work experience in public sector banks is quite higher..
promotions are faster in banks so growth is faster in banks.
po gets more respect from common man as common man knows a lot about banks..
for a common man lic employees means agents only and you have to explain them each and every time that what aao is all about and you are an officer in lic not an agent.. 😃
