Hi for all those who are wondering what type of work is LIC ADO...wats the pay..here is the ans....if u join as ADO it takes 1 yr to become a PO - probationary officer....on successful completion of ur target.... as ADO ur job is to recruit agents..train them and make them sell more policies....u hv to identify ur agents on ur own may be ur relatives , frds,...to become an agent they hv to undergo training and i guess clear some sort of exam..it takes 5 days to become an LIC agent...an ADO does nt hv to sit at office work extensively u just hv to give ur attendance at 9 am....happily go to field...but at the end of the month u il be asked for u target achievements :P...after successfully completing one year u il be made PO again u il be on probation for one year (still not permanent) den u il hv targets again ....after successful completion u become a DO(permanent) ....who can opt for this job...who are good at canvasing not shy ....most importantly must be shameless ...who don't feel let down easily ....i got these inputs fom a person who is working in LIC as a DO for 13 yrs...he told now the market has become tough...lot of new private concerns hv come...ppl's awareness has gone up so they compare polices and chose the right one...what he told was..presently if ur unemployed u can give a try...if ur employed then take a call...its a difficult hill to climb up...one the other side..u can be ur boss..if ur successful u il get handsome incentives...u cannot charge ur agents like ur managers if they don't perform well...u hv to motivate and help...so think 2ce...LIC ADO stipend 23k(u hv to take care of ur travel expenses)....PO 28K+incentives...DO 35-40(starting)+allowances...gud luck
Is there anyone who has received interview call letter from NCZ ? I am querying this as i have received it , the interview is scheduled for 21 sep.
