Situation is very tensed in U.P. due to protest. Internet is no more accessible in almost 15 cities. Really don't know what LIC is waiting for...

When admit card with date was given don't expect any change in date of exam..except for few Hindi states

i am from one of the north eastern states , here we do not have internet for few days due to anti CAB protest , only broadband is available and only in internet cafes there is broadband , could givr only 2 test , due to unavailability of internet insurance awareness also could not study and moreover i do not think its safe to go out in exam in the midst of protest , i have been trying to call LIC but they are not even picking up . what should I do

Called IBPS(13:30 PM, 20 Dec), they are saying that there is no response from LIC regarding the postpone of exam. IBPS cant do anything from their end. We have to contact LIC India for the request of postpone. IBPS is saying that they are getting thousands of call regarding the postponement of exam but they cant do anything on their own. Call LIC India.
I think if the lic assistant main exam in west bengal gets cancelled then the exam of north eastern states get cancelled but the exam of east central zone will be conducted as there has been no protest in these zones for CAA.

jharkhand me election khatm ho gaya.rjd ke lalu ke laal tejaswi yadav aaj free ho raha isliye kal wo pura bihar band karwa raha hai.jiska 1st shift jana hai dusre city wo aaj hi nikal jau kal chance nhi milega.lic exam cancel nhi karne wala aur karega bhi to bihar me nhi karega.
MY take on your issue
Exam wont be postponed now in 11 th hour so study and try and give exam ...After the exam if they feel that they should reconduct the exam they will reconduct ................same hapened during lic ADO they conducted the mains when there were floods in some areas but then they reconducted the exams in those area
PS: Again this is my perception and observation. Take it or leave it up to you!!

In the lic website... At the bottom you will find directories... Click on it and you will get a pdf of revised-address-book-2019...... There are all the real contact numbers of lic.. we may call and request them to postpone the exam....

Dear Sir,
There is a lot of anxiety among us (aspirants) regarding the protests against Citizenship Amendment Act, which are taking place all over India these days. I want to say that many of us will be unable to appear in the main examination of LIC assistant which is going to take place on 22nd December 2019. The reason is that all the transportation media are not available and on daily basis & we are facing problem regarding going to far away exam centres.
