The rooms are pretty decent and at 2500/- including transportation we had last year was a good bet for me going for this hostel. There is 24 hours water supply besides no restrictions also on using electric appliances. As far as safety is concerned, we have guards doing rounds 24 hours. And yes....u can bring along ur vehicles too......
Now the problem areas: Yes, the locality may seem a big put off...with the liquor shop in close vicinity. But for the fact, the gals puttin up here never had any problem till date coz that shop is a part of the shoppin complex which includes all kind of shops. Second, Distance is another let-off. It has been a pain conveying to n fro whole of last year, but with college bus picking up students n droppin them twice a day....sort of can be managed...and we have done that pretty well by arranging the buses according to the time that suits us and keepin the classes in mind. Third and the worst part, Idiotic rules. Well, i do respect the 10:30 pm deadline to enter the hostel atleast considering safety of girls..But then time and again we keep on getting a new set of rules for small small things. Keep a check on this and the hostel is a heaven!!!
strange are the laws of nature, just when u decide on shubham, some senior comes up with a brillian performance of posting on fore hostel. ok, i am done with indecision... on the behalf of all the girls here who are confused on shubham or fore,,,, i take this opportunity of presenting a poll.. ppl, vote for shubham or fore hostel...

hmmm 2002 was a messy state of affairs with the political parties churning out the best deals...come on from whatever I can hear and see around, I assume people have become more pragmatic (barring few arousing a sense of displacements among their community)..
So i dont think its gonna become a huge riots..
