Nikita Shekhawat (PGDM, Batch 2017-19) recounts the time spent at FORE School of Management, New Delhi that brought her out of her comfort zone and helped to ‘build her anew’. From huge workloads, timely submissions, and exhausting committee selections to the Internship with TataChemicals, everything taught her about life, struggles, and the attitude to never give up. Team ANTAR every New Year starts with 'AASHAYEIN', the event dedicated to orphans. The Team is accompanied by the student volunteers of FORE School of Management, New Delhi and visits the shelter home to conduct several activities all through the day with them. This year the venue has been selected as Salaam Baalak Trust's Armaan Shelter Home. Fascinated by the minds behind creative products and services, Stuti Khanna (PGDM-IB, Batch 2017-19) was keen on a career in Marketing and Brand Management. At FORE School of Management, New Delhi she was able to get out of her comfort zone and work on her weaknesses. Industry exposure through diverse platforms, including her summer internship with EY, helped her develop perspectives and gain insights. Stuti's all-round preparedness enabled her to get placed with Tata Motors as Territory Sales Manager. Dr. Ayona Datta (Reader in Urban Features, Department of Geography, King’s College London) was one of the speakers at the opening session of FORE International Conference on Digital Innovation. Dr. Datta's research areas include postcolonial urbanism, gender citizenship, and the politics of urbanization. Offering five key action points, including learning from past failures and the need for interdisciplinary research in smart cities, Dr. Datta said, When you are trying to build a new digital future for India, you need to have social consciousness. Technology is not neutral; it can be used to empower and provide social justice. Hence it’s important to know which side of the coin to choose.'

It's not enough to have just lived, It's not enough to be happy alone. With this thought, Team Antar organised the 2019 edition of Aasheyein, an annual event. Volunteers from FSM visited DMRC Armaan Shelter Home managed by the Salaam Baalak Trust and spent an entire day with children. Many activities were organised, like Painting, Kho-Kho, Football, Passing the parcel, Jam session, Musical chairs and Cricket. It was astounding to see the talent in the kids; they even had a rapper and a few mind-boggling dancers among them. The event concluded with a cake cutting ceremony which left an everlasting smile on their faces. This year, FSM donated an almirah along with winter clothes, several sports equipment, and board games for the kids as our token of love for them.

 Akshit Narain  Saxena of FORE School of Management, New Delhi has been placed among  'Top 5 Freshers of the Month' by Autogram. A unique platform created by  IIT and IIM alumni, Autogram helps jobseekers to present themselves as  ideal candidates to recruiters. Using Video Resumes and Video  Interviews, applicants can showcase their talent to top organizations.  Autogram's 'Fresher of the Month' programme sees intense competition  from aspirants all over India. Akshit excelled in the month-long  competition to make it to the Top 5. Congratulations! 

HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY! The students of FORE School of Management gathered together to celebrate a special occasion, our Republic Day. Team NEXUS, FORE arranged a beautiful event on this auspicious occasion, which was filled with enthusiasm, patriotism and pride. What could be a better way to celebrate Republic Day than revisiting and understanding the contribution of the leaders who made it possible? And hence, the students presented performances like patriotic songs, story-telling, speech, and much more. Mark the Talk, organised by Team Personality Enhancement Cell (PEC) was all about learning the fun way. The Digital Gandhi party was a great way to understand the purpose and not just work for profit. Mr. Onkar Khullar took the audience by storm and explained some crucial life lessons and how to handle it as it comes.

Bhavya Maliwal (PGDM, Batch 2017-19) says her two years at FORE School of Management, New Delhi helped her to develop holistically. She learned to apply classroom concepts to real life, take initiative, communicate effectively, and be inquisitive. These qualities impressed her employer, Deloitte. 'Creating Safer Cities - Opportunities, Challenges and Future Directions' was the topic of the round-table discussion at FORE International Conference on Digital Innovation. Moderated by Dr. Kalpana Vishwanath (Co-Founder, SafetiPin), the discussion led to some interesting insights. Ms. Shivani Singh (Lead Delhi Metro, Hindustan Times) believes basic infrastructure is missing in the cities today. As she observed, 'Our cities have become increasingly exclusive. You go to the outskirts and there is no police; gramin seva is not well thought out. There is no consideration for women living on the streets.' 'Smart Cities are all about mobility and opportunity. Team ANTAR, FORE School of Management organised Abhivadan- to honour senior citizens. The motive of Abhivadan was to go back the unconditional love, kindness, and patience that we get from our grandparents. Team ANTAR invited senior citizens to the campus and arranged an array of fun activities for them and the students to engage in.
