Hey everyone...
Im sorry I was away for a long time as usual as there were a lot of other matters of concern too to be taken care of ..
Seeing these comments and long discussions over proving what the actual facts are...
1. Its too early to comment on the current placements processing as it is in its initial phase.. and to counter the wrong/information lacking comments on the placements at FIIB, I would say I and a lot of other students of my batch(2011-13) have already been placed in good companies with great profile and packages.
2. If there is some problem regarding placements and less number of companies coming for recruitment, it is because most of the reputed companies start their recruitment process with the start of their Fiscal year i.e. March... I would request Ranvir123(with all due respect of Individual rights to express their opinion) to hold his/her horses till March and then unleash them in whichever way it suits to them or their brain.

3. Commenting on teachers with years of experience is shame in itself... I agree with the feeling being expressed but influencing some1's decision on that basis is not just cheap but misguiding as well

4. If provision of platform to express ones creativity and talent is concerned... I think FIIB has been doing that with such a pace that we have to plan our studies accordingly..
Its just the matter of opting for it or not. Being a CULTURAL CO HEAD, at least I know the Academic year is packed with events and opportunities to show or express ones creativity or talent.. but the only thing we ask all the students is to PARTICIPATE...

Now I dont think without participation, in my knowledge there is even a single way possible to show, prove or polish ones talent or creativity..

and at the end I would still say ... These challenges are good to entertain cause FIIB has nothing to fear or Hide...

would like to thank Ranvir123(Our Friend) for this wonderful opportunity...

In 2 years I and @prateek.fiib have hosted, conducted, and organized over 50-60 big and small events/competitions/what not... and thats just about Cultural Committee ... there are over 12 clubs and committees at FIIB who create and conduct events just like our committee...
and theres still more to come on the list ...
Dont worry ranvir123 next time participate and then trust me you would realize what you took part in was an event where u got a chance to show/express/amplify your talent and creativity which Im sure you have ...
Waiting for your participation and a glimpse of ur creativity and talent ![]()

To add to @asimagha , FIIB believes in adding value to the students. lets not forget FLP- a special Leadership Program which aims at bringing the best of Leadership qualities in the students in 2nd year. you can see the difference in the students when they join and when they leave!
If during an interview you are asked about your weakness, do not be very frank, do not lie, just say, I have weakness but I am working on it. e.g. I want to improve my time management skills, or communication skills etc.

Tip of the Day
Heya guys, I have my GDPI on 19th Jan, I'm have completed my graduation and I'm a fresher can anyone give me some important points for the GDPI session....
In order to maintain the harmony of communication, do not use objectionable language. In case you do not agree with your opponent, do not use harsh or blunt phrases like 'I do not agree or I disagree'. Use some subtle phrases like" let's look at this problem from a different perspective" or “what you said is one side of the coin; let's look at the other side of the coin".
Do not get startled by the vague questions or harsh tone of the interviewer. If the recruiter is behaving in a rude or harsh way, probably he or she is trying to check your stress handling ability or your potential to handle unexpected situation. Try to remain calm and composed and exhibit your capability to work under pressure or any difficult situation.
