We are all a reflection of Mandalas - repetitive, imperfect yet beautiful.

They say that we bond with each other better when we are aware of each one's strengths and weaknesses. In a recent Team building activity, our freshman year students divided into 9 teams and built their own team indentity through creating a logo that represents their team members well. In the ask of creating a log and naming the team, the Racers get to know about each others strengths, weaknesses, and interests.

Thursday calls for another insightful industry interaction! Our #FIIBRacers are currently being led by Mr Rajeev Gupta, MD & CEO of Resource Development International (India) Pvt. providing information on #MBA programs & life choices.
Here's some major key Takeaways from today's Industry interaction session with Mr. Rajeev-
- We tend to expect results pretty fast in commercial qualifications like MBA, but we often don't necessarily learn what we intend to learn.
- Learn, qualify, experience to become a master of your profession.
- If you learn it with full dedication, nothing goes to waste. Learning grammar is also useful when it comes to communicating.
- Figure out your own definition of success and passion. Both of these must lead from within you.
Events such as FunFridays@FIIB are very popular amongst students, employees and alumni alike. In the wake of being locked inside our homes, we started hosting Fun Friday evenings back in 2020, and managed to pull in some highly talented and well known artists from the industry as well as our alumni community to take part in its various versions. We'll be tinkled by the laughter of stand-up comedian Ameet Hawaldar today. Here's a quick glimpse of the entire FIIB community having fun!
