Attitude
We have very often heard people saying that Attitude is how one shapes his or her life. Now what exactly is Attitude? Attitude is basically how one assesses on factors like people, objects, issues or events. They could either be positive or negative, that depends on how one views the situation, it is based on various components.
The components could be like for example, an emotional component where based on your emotions is how a situation or person is being valued. Another component is the cognitive component where in it is based on your thoughts and believes of the subject. And the last component is the behavioral component and this is one important component as it influences our behaviour. Attitudes that influence or behaviors could also include the explicit and implicit. Explicit attitude are those that e are constantly aware and influence our thoughts and believes. The Implicit attitude is something that is unconscious, but it could also influence your behavior.
winter season
This season is very lazy for common people and specially for students.Getting early in the morning is very difficult. we feel sleepy and want to sleep for the whole day irrespective of attending the classes. so from the day temperature has gone down or we can say winter has arrived we have started going late to the college and making childish excuses for coming late.
This season starts in November and come to an end in February. Today's temperature of Ghaziabad is 14 degree C. In such a low temperature, it is quite difficult to go outside the house for any work in spite of that we are enjoying our assignment of collecting visiting cards of HR's of different companies. We rome here and there for the whole day long in search of cards and can arrange one or two only but it feels great. Again a new day starts and the same work with more enthusiasm and zeal.
This is life and Life is what it is. It is independent of seasons or months.
It is damn cold here in my hometown, temperature has gone down to 7 degrees Celsius with cold breeze blowing all day, ahhhπ΄ don't wana get out in this chilly weather, just have a hot cup of tea and sit back at home.

Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad organized a felicitation ceremony on December 9th, 2013 for student volunteers of International Conference (IC-RMS 2013). Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Conference Chair and Director, IMS Ghaziabad, Conference Co-Chairs Dr. Rinku Sanjeev, Dr. Vijay Kumar Pandey and Prof. Rajneesh Jain distributed Certificates of Appreciation to various committee members.
All the Faculty Coordinators of IC- RMS 2013 were part of this ceremony to motivate and encourage the students. Director mam appreciated the efforts of students for their contribution in the grand success of the International Conference.

The feeling of being at home can't be described in words, meeting with friends after long time and chilling together, eating mom's hand made food which I was missing badly but still something is missing and that is ims.
Already become so much attached with IMS that missing all the things that work load, and presentations. It feels great to be a part of IMS being IMSIAN..
Finally collected 5 visiting cards of 5 industries ππ . The assignment which was given by director ma'am to collect 5 visiting cards of HR managers has been accomplished. It was not easy as it seemed like. I had to do so much hard work for this. Learnt so much how to present yourself in front of a corporate person, how to convince them. Finally came to know what weaknesses I have and what are my strengths through this real experience.
As we all know.. Life is complicated π
But i think... More complicated is to understand Human Natureπ ..
Its my personal experience .. one minute before other person doesn't want to meet me but suddenly that person was there in front of me... moreover pleasing me, pretend to take good care of me
Ahhh.. very hard to understand π but that's life.. Just Unpredictable π

Though 2013 marked a year of disappointment on hiring front, 2014 seems promising. The upcoming national elections coupled with the improvement in the gobal economic conditions are expected to pull the market out of the guessing phase and bring cheerπ
But the most highlighting news is that inspite of the slowdown, IMS Ghaziabad has achieved almost 100% placement target.
Practicing very hard on my weak subjects in these holidays , Have to achieve good marks in upcoming examination, and ya most important got to prepare myself for GD session going to be started after holidays π
As we all know that Mr. Arvind Kejrival has taken the oath as Chief minister of New Delhi, how many of you are having very high expectations from his side ? π
