Guys all set for the exams which are going to start from tomorrow onward i.e from 22nd . Really feeling very nervous as for my exams but on the same side excited also as just after the exams we all have to go for our SIP ..... so be ready to face the corporate....
hi, what's up guyz?? how was the exam? Hope everyone did well, though the questions were more of practical based, and i think tomorrow's paper(international business) is going to be again more of practical base, there isn't much theory, so friends prepare well for your exams. We never know what's gonna come in the questions, for those who prepare well, they will write the paper with smile on their faces and for those unfortunate and unprepared souls they might face tragedy that ruins our lives.There's famous saying * Hope for the best and prepare for the worst*, apply this ideology friends during exam time, I think it really helps.😁
End term has finally begun and by that i mean that this is indeed the last term of the 1st year before getting a step closer towards attaining a feeling of the corporate world in the coming months...so competition will persist and challenges are bound to be there which should be taken as a next step towards success....Best of luck to all my fellow-mates for the race ahead!!

👏👏👏👏Dr. Neeraj Sanghi, along with two students of PGDM first year, Sharvangi Chandra and Saurabh Kumar Sharma, participated '9th National Quality Conclave' at Hotel Le Meridian, New Delhi on April 15-16, 2014. The conclave was organized by Quality Council of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. In the inaugural session Mr. K.C. Mehta, Chairman, National Board for Quality Promotion; Mr. Amitabh Kant, IAS, Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Chairman, Quality Council of India addressed the gathering. Speakers emphasized on quality consciousness in industries, healthcare and education. A lot of discussions have been made on Kaizen, Six sigma, lean manufacturing and quality benchmarking. Students learnt a lot from this conclave and it has been a wonderful experience to them. We extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director for giving the opportunity to participate this type of conclave/seminars for cross sectional knowledge enhancement of our students.

How was the exam guys??? Mine is good as I know most of the concept that were asked in the question paper. Either it is Consumer Ethnocentrism, Subliminal Perception I feel quite comfortable in answering the questions as all the points and concepts had been explained by Director Mam Herself...SO I was able to correlate with one another.....

Good morning friends!! how is the preparation going? i think everyone's digging for the slides of IB and buried their faces in the notes, revising things and that's pretty good thing, same is the case here.But friends i'd suggest that don't over study and over-complicate things during exams, expert says if you do, there might be overlapping, mixing up things and ambiguities.so, just relax and sit quite for few minutes and try to memorized as much you can, who knows that might be a winning mantra. so i wish all the very best dear friends for the exam..

Workshop on “Quality & Lean Six Sigma(Yellow Belt Program)”
Institute of Management Studies Ghaziabad organized Workshop on “Quality & Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt Certification)” on April 18-19, 2014. The workshop was organized under the patronage of Shri Rakesh Chharia, Chief Patron and Managing Trustee, IMS Ghaziabad and under the vibrant leadership of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Patron and Director, IMS Ghaziabad. Dr. Yogita Sharma was the Chief-coordinator of this workshop. IMS was the proud zonal centre for this certification course on “Quality and Lean Six Sigma- Yellow Belt Certification” and had provided a golden platform to the students. IMS, Ghaziabad, Techkriti IIT Kanpur and Experts Hub Industry Skill Development Center had jointly organized this certification program. The trainers for the workshop, Mr. R. Bharani Dharan, Manager and Mr. Vipul Kumar, Management Consultant from Experts Hub Industry Skill Development Center, provided participants with the necessary tools and learning opportunities for implementation of Six Sigma in the organizations.
