why people are more interested in others life? why they do not focus on their own life? why they are not happy/ sad with their own achievements?
sometimes I feel how people find time to interfere in others life? why they are not focused about their own stuffs? If all will focus on their own life then their efficiency to work will increase. As work efficiency will increase, overall growth rate of individual will certainly rise and this will surely increase the economic growth rate of the nation as these things are directly related to each other.
so, I request all to please focus on your own life not on others for the shake of yourselves and the nation as well. Then we will also come in the list of developed nations.
Friends , had a great day yesterday as I got applaud from my guide as I have done a fantastic job on the project given by him. Really enthusiastic and confident to carry the same. In future also lookingto carry the same pace as well and will try to get an appreciation letter from my guide.

my project in amul is understand the sales and distribution of amul ice cream in delhi what are the factors affecting their sales on the daily basis !!!!! we have to prepare a presentation on that after that we`ll get transferred to the retailing division and then on branding !!!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
three days went well !!!!! learned how to tackle with the distributor after spending three days came to know that distributor plays a vital role to increases the sales of the company . they will let you know the demand of the market , untapped market area , penetration in the semi urban and rural market etc etc ........ lot more to come hope that i am able to clear my marketing concepts 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
IFB a good brand to start with internship, a small office but with a great environment to work with. Initially when I went and after seeing the building once I thought have I made right decision but someone has said rightly that "bahari khoobsurati pe nahi jana chahiye".
It has been two days since I have joined IFB and I got to know so many things about the company that one as a management student should know and I am proud to be associated with IFB, just waiting for my mentor to delegate me my work and performing well for both company and myself.

what a week !!!!!!!!!!!! it is really amazing to be at workplace, learning alot of things that could not be taught in class. summers are at its peak but it can't lessen our excitement.
Guys...how life going on..... Have you already got your Projects I have got the one and frankly speaking I don't think so that any of the project can be over and above my project. You know my topic?? The project which I got is Road Permit which require a deep and extensive study about commercial taxes and also the GST which is not yet implemented till today. Moreover I have to do an Research on E sancharan system .. That is what it is?? How the companies look for the system.
Learning time, Friends hope you all are learning and at the same time enjoying a lot in your SIP. Guys always keep one thing in your mind that you are the trainer and you are there just to learn the things and to observe the work and the culture. So If somebody scolds you and say something which is not accepted then also just show your positive attitude and what ever work they are allocating to you never say... I CAN'T just do it....

Friends, do you remember the very first day of our college... what a beautiful induction programme it was . Hope our juniors will be as lucky as we all to get the same type of induction and later on the Fresher party . So guys pull up your socks because immediately after your SIP we as well as our juniors are going to join the college . So mentally prepare yourself for the welcome ceremony for them.
