Guys, have you closely monitor these elections ??? What a miracle BJP has done in this election. They had won 73 seats in UP out of total 80 seats ..can you believe it. Moreover all the 26 seats of Gujarat were won by BJP. An outstanding performance by BJP or I should call by one man army Narendra Modi.
So it has been two weeks of my internship @ IFB and I am enjoying quite a lot since they have given me a good project i.e to do sales audit, however it's not easy as I have to visit all the stores Of the IFB located in Delhi but definitely I have learned lot of this thing in just 3 days of my task and hoping to give my best till end and gain as much as I can out of it.

So to start with I am working on a live project of ITC on which they are about to invest hugely... CLO enrollment in retail outlets I have been given an entire district or rural region to handle and I am supervising and coordinating the distributors to maximize the enrollment in that region and simultaneously I have to do the market survey also about retailers expectation and satisfaction towards ITC distributor and CLO eligibility check of retail outlets and to check and analyze the investment proposals of ITC in specific retail outlets and other trade loyalty programs of competitors....Hope to do full justice!!😃

Unforgettable day of My life friends, M y guide has really appreciated me a lot because of the kind of work which I have done till today. A day before yesterday he has give me only 3 circulars to cover, that what is there in the circular, and I have to do a deep study on that. I had not cover only those 3 circulars but in total I had covered 15 circulars. So Sir was speech less after they saw my work and was really very happy that I am giving more than 100% in the project. Hope I will carry the same in the future as well....

Missing you guys, its almost 3 weeks past away we haven't meet. I am really missing my college days. The kind of work we use to do. The fun and enjoyment that we all use to do in our college . But on the contrary of that SIP is the most important phase for the management students, so try to learn more and more from these two months.....

Friends really feeling very tired as I am working day and night both. As in day time I am been in the office and at night I have to make my project because on the very net day my guide us to take a glimpse of it and ask the question related to it. So my life got stuck on just on work and not on any type of enjoyment.
Need a break guys from my hectic schedule, Now I am really feeling the kind of work load and the pressure of the corporate. But yes on the same part really learning a lot from all such kind of activities i.e how to manage the time and how to utilize it ...up to its fullest.

Friends, learning a lot from this SIP ...getting a best time exposure as one can get from the SIP. Today only I went to the sales tax office and have collected some details which are very helpful and relevant for my project points of view and from my general knowledge point of view as well.... So all in all my learning process is going at a very fast pace and I am really happy in a way the things are going in my life....
Hello friends, I had done almost all the work related to the project .......and my guide had really praise me for my good work and was really happy after looking my determination and dedication towards the project....and now I am looking to concentrate more on the office work . Though I am spending a lot of time their and also learning a lot from that end but from now onward my only area of focus will be on the practical field and on the office work.
