What is the last date to apply at KJ SIMSR?

I would like to apply for PGDM Executive course..but as per the requisites it is written that one needs to have 5 yrs of experience as of 31 July..but I will complete 5 yrs as of 31 August...means I am falling sort for just 1 month...so is it adjustable...can I be accepted with 59 months of experience?Please reply.
