A few reasons for this blind assurance are-When I first entered LPU I was feeling fascinated by looking at the infrastructure of the Campus and on the other hand I was also feeling very nervous about my life at Campus Hostel but trust me I shouldn’t have been because I had an awesome Hostel Life, Made so many friends, created so many memories, learned from many experiences, etc.

Safe Transportation Facility for all.Safe Hostels whether we talk of girls or boys.I believe it is safe as there are CCTV cameras everywhere in the University.If girls want to visit the library for studying late at night till 12 am, In that case, a female guard take and drop those girls from their respective hostels to the library.You can get everything inside the campus,Like shopping mall,Parlour,Food stalls,Gym etc.

No Ragging :This word actually doesn’t exists at LPU. There is a complete secularism in the LPU hostel life as you will find seniors and juniors treated similarly at the Campus and even at the Hostel. So, there is no division among the students as per their academic year like other campus hostel’s. Students from the various ends of the country/ neighboring countries come and join LPU and lives in the same Hostel without any discrimination.

Food/ Mess : Honestly I won’t lie about the mess at campus, because I myself took food for the first 6 months at the hostel mess until I explored other good places but there are so many people who actually like mess. If you’r one of them very good and if not then fab you’r in my gang so, you don’t have to worry at all for the food at LPU because there are like 358+ shops inside the campus providing all varieties of food from continental to south Indian and that too at very mediocre rates. Some days if you don’t feel like going out you can even order at Dominoes, go to CCD, Mall, etc Food is not at all a problem at LPU.

Girls are not allowed to go outside without leave.If they want to go outside for any purpose like movie,shopping,etc then they need to apply for day outing. permissions from parents is taken to provide them with the gate pass.Outsiders are not allowed to enter in the university premises without having gate pass.A proper timing for the girls to report to their hostels is designed to keep them.

My experience with LPU is worthy. Teachers administration are very good in this university and they provide quality education for the students also the campus of this university is extremely well flourished and they provide a very good environment for the students. Semesters are taken accordingly and they are done with extreme strictness.

Getting bored is not an option at LPU because you’ll be busy with your classes for more than half of the day and other time with habits and passion if you’r a passion follower and If not you’ll become one before you leave LPU. Here you’ll find many like that! After getting free from all this then you’ll barely have sometime with your hostel mates or roommates but still they will always remain an integral part of your life.

You will get each and every facility inside the campus like Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, vending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility,so why to move out,Indoor and outdoor facility.

I have learnt a lot during my days, you’ll too but never let it ruin your true self. There will be times when situation will demand a change, go with your own decision(right or wrong) and never ever listen to the crowd because they’ll always try to make you part of them which you aren’t born to be!

Overall experience with LPU has been rewarding, there is no certain rules and regulations for girls. The hostel rooms are safe, secure, well lit, properly ventilated and a high speed wi-fi is always there. The washrooms are also properly cleaned, and hygenic. The food quality is good and authentic. So it is a great place to be.I think This answer will help you to clear your doubts.

Being an alumni of LPU,I am much aware about the university in addition to imparting knowledge & critical thinking. Not just engineering, the university is also known for programmes like MBA, Business Management, fashion Design, Hotel Management, Law, Pharmacy among others.

Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar is popularly known as LPU is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and this year the Highest CTC stood at INR 3 CPA which was 1.5 times higher than the last year. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 62.72 LPA. A total of 8400 Job and Internship offers were made. Cognizant recruited the maximum number of students (1410+ Students) followed by Capgemini which recruited 770+ Students. A students of B.Tech CSE/IT was offered a package of INR 49.4 LPA by Paloalto. In order to enroll for MBA at LPU you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying [LPUNEST] or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT^ and interview
Or
Completed Company Secretary (CS) from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), subject to qualifying Interview
Or
Completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), subject to qualifying Interview
Or
Completed Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)., subject to qualifying Interview

The hostel rooms are safe, secure, well lit, properly ventilated and a high speed wi-fi is always there. The washrooms are also properly cleaned, and hygenic. The food quality is good and authentic. So it is a great place to be.I think This answer will help you to clear your doubts.

My experience with LPU is worthy. Teachers administration are very good in this university and they provide quality education for the students also the campus of this university is extremely well flourished and they provide a very good environment for the students. Semesters are taken accordingly and they are done with extreme strictness.

Getting bored is not an option at LPU because you’ll be busy with your classes for more than half of the day and other time with habits and passion if you’r a passion follower and If not you’ll become one before you leave LPU. Here you’ll find many like that! After getting free from all this then you’ll barely have sometime with your hostel mates or roommates but still they will always remain an integral part of your life.

You will get each and every facility inside the campus like Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, vending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility,so why to move out,Indoor and outdoor facility.

I have learnt a lot during my days, you’ll too but never let it ruin your true self. There will be times when situation will demand a change, go with your own decision(right or wrong) and never ever listen to the crowd because they’ll always try to make you part of them which you aren’t born to be!
