I'm selected as an AO in NIACL. Joining ll most probably be in nxt month (4 yrs bond)
I missed SBI PO-14 final cutoff by just 0.8 (score- 54.4)
I've taken SBI PO-2015 xam, Cleared pre, Mains went fine & I think I'll be in for GD/PI round nd hope this time I'll make into the final merit list.
So, which 1 is better NIACL AO or SBI PO in terms of salary, growth prospects, work-life balance or ny other parameter...
I'm asking this ri8 now becoz of the bond as I won't be able to leave NIACL after once joining it. SBI will complete the whole process till Nov.
PS: I already have PNB PO & Clerk job through IBPS so I can wait for SBI PO if it's better than NIACL AO.

my query wud me more appropriate to ask a current SBI PO rather than an aspirant...
i am upsc aspirant . i made it to the interview list...i need to prepare for next year upsc mains, so i m planning to take some kind of medical leave for 3-4 months after next year prelims , if i get final posting in sbi po. i m not worried abt my appraisal tat i will get a bad image for an irresponsible long leave, and tat it may affect my career growth..but i m worried is there any problm in getting NOC when i relieve later due to my own wish or sooner due to the action taken on me for my irresponsiblity of taking an unjust long medical leave.. wat will be the action against me at the worst case for such a long leave? since, there's no bond, i wont have any legal problem of relieving..may be i need to serve my notice period for a month before leaving if they take an action against me after my long leave i suppose..tats fine for me.apart from that any other problem in getting NOC ???? first of all will i be allowed to take such a long leave atleast under medical grounds???? pls reply in english
I need info regarding officers in sbi...is it any difference in promotion criteria of PO and TO in sbi.I observed that there are majority of Po in high executive posts.I am appearing for ibps Po this year.should I opt for sbi Po too.as I m eligible for TO by next year
