hi kamal, ive already applied 4 online loan @ allahabad bank ... but sent me a query back ..whether symbiosis , pune is same as siib ..i replied back saying it belonged 2 symbi family n even gave 'em web address but finally they rejected my application .. if ane1 else makes sum break thru plz post cu
This something strange ..anyways now i may opt for corporation bank(interest rates 10.5% ) or SBI ....but i think v shd bring it to the notice of the authorities that SSIB is not considered a part of symbiosis!!:wow:

Ok people now is the time...lets see hw a day at SIIB looks like - Mornings start at 7am-9am depending upon how late u slept last night(morning) .classes start at 9.15 am and can stretch upto 8.30 pm wid a 30min - 1 hour lunch break in between.though that 8.30 pm class will be only once or twice a week.generally classes get over by 6.30 pm.as for duration of one lecture it can vary from 1 hour to 2.30 mins (for Godbole Sir).after the classes are over u move for the health club- Yoga,Aerobics,Gym depending upon ur schedule. Its dinner time after the helath club.usually people get free from their dinner by 9.30 pm.after that its entirely upto the individual hw he/she spends the remaining time.urs truly for instance goes to the computer lab for honourable purposes such as blogging and offcourse PG . studious souls will move to library or their respective hostel rooms to study.in the same time band u will hav ur group meetings(very common).after 11 pm its time to study/discuss/complete assignments/project:neutral: .wen u go to sleep is entirely up to ur discretion. though their is a blanket ban on keeping ur hostel lights on after 1 pm ??: . now let us talk abt facilities - 1.BANK- Sbi ATM is in the campus and that of HDFC Bank,Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) and CITIBank are situated at walking distance. 2.FOOD - the quality of food served in the college mess is good. and its a vegetarian mess:( ...i wudnt comment on the taste .also the college has a cafeteria which serves excellent vegetarian fare.the new boys hostel cafeteria serves non-veg meals as well. 3.RAGGING - sum points hav been raised abt ragging in this forum.i wud personally like to assure everyone that we claim a 100% ragging free environment.and in case of any problem - Main Hoon Na !! 4.HEALTHCARE- we hav a tie up wid many reputed hospitals in Pune which will provide medical care in case of exigencies.we also hav a resident doctor on campus who looks after normal illness.also SIIB provides free medical insurance cover to each student. 5.TRAVELLING - the college is situtated at a distance of abt 25 kms from the Pune Railways Station in the Pune IT Park at Hinjewadi.college buses ply regularly from the campus to city.so travelling and conveyance is not a problem. 5.RULES - well we hav rules ??: and they are meant to be followed.whether it is the 90% attendance rule or the Formals-On-Friday rule,they are enforced pretty strictly. sorry was out for my Shirdi Trip so cudnt post for the last two days... .and dont u peole worry...u will get time to freak out as well. Apni Mishaben is just trying to get u all into working mode.Waise ek senior to aisa hona hi chahiye .as for people who join in late just one advice - Never Bunk Ur Classes Thereafter:wow: .Thoda mushkil hai magar achievable....any other queries?

1.We have loads of companies coming to campus to pick up summer trainees.and we hav 100% summer placements.so stop thinking abt that.
2.College will send u a letter confirming ur fees receipt.
Hey Neelabh...posting after a long time here. Just went thru all the previous posts, u've been doin a gr8 job. thanx:) . Can i ask u one favour....that wuhd be helpful to a lot of ppl here. Can u plz ask a batchmate of yours who's taken a student loan, what the entire procedure is??
