As far as i know one gets a loan only after producing a confirmed letter of admission. and the letter of admission u get only after paying the first installment. Thats what SBI said anyways.... Maybe u cud tell us all what the entire procedure is (giving full details )....thanx....
c man i hav got loan approved for the total fees and some other expenses(30K )approx for laptop if it is needed ..as of now they gave me a bank draft for paying the 1st installment ....baki as n when needed.....repayment is due from JAN 09.....rest u can check out their site for more details or pm me !!!!

thanks phrozenfire i have my fingers crossed and i would go and pay the fee for SITM as i m sure my no(WL72 ) would not be tehre in the 1st list. but sure now i would not go to fill the form for ITM,navi mumbai, lets hope my no. comes and comes soon.......
ive finally decided not to pay the fees at SIIB. i had actually send my draft today thru BLUe dart courier and they told me itll be delivered by tomm at SIIB. but then in the night i gotta know that im w8listed at IMI so i cancelled my draft.
now im taking the risk lets see if my IMI w8list clears. i also have IMT, UBS, GIM and TAPMI results to come so taking the risk

the entire academic building is Wi-Fi...so is the boys hostel.but tell me is 24 hrs net access anything more than just a hygiene factor? does having net connection in the rooms make "life a lot easier" ? i have my doubts buddy....tc
