SIIB started MBA in Energy and Environment in 2007 and the Placements for the batch of 2007 - 09 is poor in-fact no information on this on their official web site.
I am also seeking a student from the batch of 2007 - 09. Please help me out in this

She also submitted fake work experience at the time of admission............I complaint to the collage but no action from them.
I also filled RTI application regarding this to the SIIB But the didnt divulge any information on this.
With the cornucopia of events in the Leadership Series 2012, there was an additional fun filled event –'Vodafone Campus Buddies' . The event was organised with Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM in association with Vodafone. The event started off with vivacious games where different teams were chosen to play fun games. This was directly sent on air by the Youth RJ Gavin Philip of Radio Mirchi. This gave an enthusiastic start to the event. All the participants for Mr and Miss College soon poured into the auditorium ready to show-case their talent.
The students came up with their flairs in the most innovative of ways. All the dance, singing, mimicry set the stage for the day. The students not only performed individually but they also participated spontaneously in the 'Jugalbandis' and provided entertainment for one and all. The audience cheered their heart out making the event more exciting. The RJ distributed gifts to some of the great performers.
But the program had to end with only one winner from the girls and one from boys. Ms Atika Jain, Ist Year(MBA-AB) , was chosen as Ms College and Mr Sankar R.A, 2nd Year(MBA-E&E;), was chosen as Mr College, bringing the amusing evening to an end. The winners will now represent the college in The Grand Finale of Inter College Competition across the top 40 colleges of Pune City where all the winners of different colleges will compete with each other. The winners of the finale would be given Blackberry Phones as prizes.
The most awaited B-School Management and Cultural event was finally launched this friday. The Ignisence creative came up with a launch video to mark the inception of this mega event in the sphere of management domain. Based on the theme of 'Breaking Ground', Ignisence '13 promises a plethora of events over the 2 days( 6th & 7th Jan) packed with high voltage energy by the participants from B-Schools across the country.
The launch video was indeed a treat to watch for all of us. In the jampacked auditorium filled with enthralling students of SIIB all cheering volumes to support one the biggest Management fests in the B-School fraternity of the country. The crowd was left with their mouths wide open as they were engrossed in the mesmerizing video,effects and sound symbolizing the theme 'Breaking Ground' as they sunk deeper into their chairs as they vitnessed the need for 'Rediscovering the fire' within themselves. The auditorium broke into an unending round of applause and appreciation from our Director for the hardwork that the team of students had put in.

SIIB was once again done proud by its talented students when Ms. Harjot Kaur MBA-IB(2012-14) was awarded with the "Late Jayatee Deshmukh scholarship" of Rs 75,000 for being the highest scorer in SNAP. The Students have not only made us proud in the Symbiosis family, but also across the B-Shools in the country. It was Shivendra Singh from MBA-IB(2012-14) who won the coveted Damodarshree Award 2012 and a cash prize worth Rs. 1,00,000 in an Essay and a Debate competition on the topic: "Education for the making of a complete individual" held at Allahabad.

Heartiest congratulations to Hardish Patel, Ashish Bhat Praveen Suresh for winning the 1st Prize for a Case Study Competition, held at Chennai by the IIT Madras,on 12th October, 2012.They gave a case presentation on ITC and won over the other tough competitiors from the IITs and the IIMs .The team has won cash prize of Fifteen thousand rupees, mementos and a certificate and above all has made SIIB very proud!!!

In the column of Graduation Percentage of qualifying degree, which percentage should I have to write, Aggregate Percentage or Degree Percentage? As per my university norms graduation percentage is the average of last 3 semesters of Engineering degree, which has 8 semesters. So I am confused about what percentage should I write. Further to this, for your information, I have wrote degree percentage in SNAP Test form. So give me guidance for this.
@maulik.shah Please put those figures which are present on your Degree Certificates. You must be able to produce proofs for what ever data you may give.

hey can anyone tell what siib means by choosing the specialisation in second year.on their web site they are telling that we have to chosse a specialisation in secound year from finance,scm,and some other please put some light on it

It has been quite some time now that we are in SIIB and some of us are already having sleepless nights, burdened with assignments, presentations and what not. We start our day with running to the mess to grab some food and then racing to college mostly around 10 am with a promise of not missing...
MBA... after a maddening 2 year chase, I finally got hold of it and after joining SIIB I am looking forward to grabbing it in the 2 years to come. It feels good to be in the company of so many smart and brilliant students.
