His way of delegating jobs according to the skill sets and always demanding professionalism, might also seems to be a Bureaucratic Leadership, but it is effective isn't it?!

SIIB Men's Table Tennis Team has made our college proud by clinching the prestigious Championship Title at the SIU Table Tennis Tournament held at Lavale.
We also congratulate Kartik Marwaha for being adjudged as the Best Player and also being selected to represent Symbiosis International University in the upcoming Zonal Level Competition.
As a part of the SIIB Leadership series, an online photography contest "MONSOON-O-GRPAHY" is set to take place. The theme of the contest is to capture the essence of the monsoon season in India.
BRANDpreneur-The online branding quiz was conducted by Markadiction. It drew a great response from the social media community.

Kshitij is an initiative taken up by the students of Symbiosis Institute of International Business which includes providing education and care to the underprivileged kids as well as taking up various issues pertaining to the environment.

The kids were busy making pictures, when we came in with some food for them to munch on. It was a brilliant evening with them, we got to know what they want to be when they grow up. From Pilots to Bank Managers, these kids have a vision. A vision they want to fulfill, a dream they have started to see from a very young age. Let us all support them and help them achieve their dream in whatever little way we can. Their mentors are already doing a brilliant job in preparing them for the future
