3.5 days yet again. #XLMeriJaan
Wow, life has come a full circle, cant believe it's almost time for us to say goodbye, time to welcome a new generation of XLers to PG...
Time flies eh?...

XLRI wins the Annual XLRI-IIMC Sports Meet yet again!
Final tally: 10-9 in favour of XLRI
Shabba buoys!!
Last class done....
Funny it seems only yesterday, that I entered this place.. Now with the last exam over (and how - open book, open laptop PPT based exam) XL has proven to be everything (and more) that I expected from it.
You just cant help falling in love with this place.
#XLMeriJaan :')
Strange to come here as an Alumni 😞 😞 😞
And that's the end of the first year. Sigh!
A few months out of XL, deep into the Corporate Life now.. those 2 years seem like something out of a fairytale.
Now I get why graduated seniors used to look at me enviously everytime I talked about XL in a nonchalant way..
All my juniors enjoy your 2nd year as much as you can. As long as you can.
As for the first years... ahem. Welcome to the two best years of your lives. 😃
Meanwhile @ayushnasa and me are flatmates... again 😛
The Independence Day celebrations in XLRI also saw the celebration of the spirit of sports as XLRI JamshedpurI, IIT Kharagpur and NIT Jamshedpur battled it out on the field for the Independence Cup. Competing across various sports like Badminton, Cricket, TT, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Chess and Football, the participants enthused an environment of fun and energy on the campus.
"Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn."
As all teams put in their best, the essence of this statement stood out. While some returned with the flavor of victory, others with experiences and memories.
No matter how hectic the office, how depressing a new city, how far away from your college mates, a single song brings it all rushing back.
Meri Jaan, XL Meri Jaan.
Oh and with this year's buddy system for Junior's SIP, we are well and truly on the other side now.
It's amazing to come to pagalguy after such a long time. I remember being here before XL, during XL and now 9 months after XL.
Life after XL is nice. Work is hectic but having XL friends in your company and city helps a lot.
It's been almost 4 years since I visited this thread...was fondly reminiscing my days at the campus...was waitlisted at 77 to start with...anxiety had reached it's zenith till the firm offer came about 5 years from now(10-Jun-11)...it was a dream thereafter...corporate world is a bitch, makes you miss XL even more...if only I could be at XL for another few years with the same 240 people...if...love you XL
Kaushik -Class of 2013
Any updates from GMP folks ??
More than 2 years out of campus. Full into the corporate life now.
All that remains of XL in our lives are the friends and the memories :)
Degree only comes of use when switching jobs, college name only brings up eyebrows when introducing yourself to new people.
But those memories, oh those memories. Everything was worth it.
For anyone contemplating whether an MBA is worth it. Cant be too sure, but is XLRI worth it? A B S O L U T E L Y 👍
For those looking for what an MBA life and life at XLRI particularly entails, here is an article I have written on insideiim

What it means to be a part of summer internship placements
