@reviliant Well you could get a complete set of information about German visa rules from their official website....search on google, u will find it....its not that complex...

financing...well it differs from person to person....i am planning to take some loan etc from an Indian Bank...

@naman.tuteja Hey Thanks......so I had called up the adcom office and had a chat with them and was told that graduates from manheim will get 1 year work permit post studies.

can you please let me know whether the companies are willing to sponsor the candidates?

hey guys..am planning to apply for MBA at Mannheim....can anyone help me with what exactly goes into this Motivation Letter...plus i have an avg gmat score of 600, with 4 years of experience in marketing and business development so would it be wise at all to apply ?

@stinks Motivational letter is bascially why u want to do an MBa at this stage in your life...how ur career shaped upto this point in time...how ur career goals are aligned...why u want to do an mba from Germany and why Mannheim....

since there is no application fees, I feel there is no risk in applying...the max they will do is reject ur application...but atleast you can try...although 650 is what they quote...

I have submitted my application to Manheim. Trying out my luck this year, may opt for Manheim because of low cost foreign MBA (category). Got an admit to ESADE and CUHK.

@naman.tuteja I submitted my application on 31st. I guess the adcom will get back by 15th Jan. Can you throw some light on the total duration of ur application process? (from submitting application to receiving the final offer?

@reviliant Congrats on ur admit @ ESADE and CUHK! But ESADE is way too expensive and also under the present economic scenario it`s a bit risky. Where else have u applied?

@sayanddude Yup I know......I am not opting for it that's why. I did not apply to anywhere else. My GMAT is not that great '640' so I was just trying my luck this year.
ESADE - Their career services is very good, and helps you get job in India,Dubai and elsewhere but not in Spain/UK.

I want to study in a country where I would want to work for sometime and pay off my loan. So most of the good colleges are out of my list.

Mannheim I will opt for only because of nominal fees. Any idea about how good is the school where do Indians finally land up to after graduating from Mannheim.

@abhi.mech.v Hello, will take approximately 1 month (considering the time they take for assesing)...can be less also...there would be two interviews and a case study analysis (1 week)...so it all depends on the load they have....

mine took less time since I applied very early...in fact the final result was declared next day after the second interview

@naman.tuteja thanks for the info dear! Actually i hv a call from another insti and i hv to deposit a handsome amount of money to block my seat thr exactly after a month. I hope i get thru MBS before that.
