What is expected safe score out of 80 friends ? Because pattern is changed now......Last year vaccancies-398 This year 447 (General ) Last year cut off Written-89/200=36/80 aprox ,Final Written +Interview =55.30

i dont know which test series would be best for marketing...i checked mahendra but that is not of level of exam..i think so...what you guys suggest?

HI all.. I am working as Marketing officer in one of the leadin PSB.. joined this year only.. so may b I can throw some light on the job profile,postings,work culture,etc etc.
Please make up your mind before joining as a MO coz its completely sales profile. You will b given targets and if not acheived u hv to face the wrath of the management. Targets are of CASA,mutual funds,Health insurance,life insurance,etc.. In my bank we are 6 branches to handle and take care of the business of these branches. On the brighter side MO get some extra allowances like conveyance and lunch,etc. You will get tier 1 or metro cities only,no rural posting. Timing are flexible but generally they call u on holidays also for campaigns,camps,etc
Please this is not at all a sitting job and u have to b in market all the time canvassing for various products. I am posted in metro and inhand salary after all the allowances and deductions is 39k. Few allowances are performance linked.
There is constant pressure of targets all the time.
I think this will help you all about the profile,allowances,perks,etc...
