The placement details are not available on the website..wud request the placement comm to shed some light on previous year placements..it seems dis years placement figure wont be available to prospective students till they apply coz the process might be on by dat time..waiting for a reply from plac comm..thnx
guys why dis exam is so late??? i was counting on this exam...if it is march it is definately goona clash with my semester exams....this is totally frustrating...
Priyanka,as I mentioned about some administrative issues.I have heard they would sorted soon now.So please don't lose hope..And would you believe I too have given entrances last year when I had the semester exam next day of the entrance exam..It would be on Sunday like usual and I guess you won't have semester exam that day..So relax and don't make assumptions.. All the best.. PS-Exams are over.So I would be regular now 😃

are all 3 courses offered in d same campus ie dse campus? Where can i get past placement records of these courses? If u hv the link pls post here. What are the usual num of ppl who write thse 2 entrances? Please answer. Thanks in advance.

I would like to know a) are they keeping the same standard of Entrance Questions like 2009, or it is highly variable???
b) If you appeared and cracked the 2009 MBE Entrance Exam, how many questions did you attempt of the 180 lot??? If possible mention the accuracy rate too, i understand it is hard to remember though.
c) What was your preparation Mantra for the exam: Special books, notes, strategy if any???
d)according to you how much preparation time is required for a top notch performance at the entrance?
d) Is there any sectional cut off???
e)While considering selection list/final list/GD-PI do they consider past academics/ year lags etc..?

Well,this comparison can be be done only when you have seen all the previous papers,which were not returned except the last year.But I can say the level remains more or less the same.Its speed based test with some calculus and statistics questions as well.

You are right its hard to remember that.Mostly,students in my batch attempted more than 120questions with accuracy in their mind.Don't go for blind attempts.

Since,this was the last entrance of the season,I barely studied that hard unlike at the beginning of this season.I didn't even got to know what kind of questions were asked in the entrance exam.I went through the last year thread and made notes out of that..Insane na?Thanks to seniors,that it gave me some idea about the entrance. Well,I would suggest you to keep track of business and economics happenings and try some statistics based questions.No strategy is the best strategy.Be flexible.

Ahaan!You think I gave the top notch performance in this?;)Well,seriously,there were so many souls who had outperformed me.I just cracked the exam.I would ask my friends who gave this kind of show in the entrance,after all I have seen na who could have done this;)

Explictly there was no mention of this thing,but once should always balance all the sections including the GK one.

Again,no explicit mention of that.Your performance in the entrance exam would define this and get you GD-PI call.
