CAT 2013 is one of the exams you need to take to be eligible for MICAT 2014. Other exams that you can appear for are XAT (2013, 2014), GMAT (2010 onwards), ATMA 2013, CMAT (Sept 2013) and MAT (Feb, May, Sept, Dec 2013)

Hi Puys, I am going to give MICAT for the first time. Can anyone tell me about what is the pattern of the exam, and is there any special thing to be learnt or practiced for it. Also I need to apply with my CAT/XAT scores, so how much weightage is given to that score. Also, does it give less weightage to engineering students and more to some others.

Hi, MICA offers students specialization in Brand Mgm, Marketing Research & Analytics, Digital Communication Mgm, Advertising Mgm & Media Mgm. My query is when do we get to select the specialization, I understand the 1st year is a common foundation programme, do we get to choose our stream in the 2nd year or is the same done at the time of filling the applications etc.
Also is their any criteria/eligibility for choosing any specific specialization.

Hi all,

How do we apply for MICA/MICAT ? I mean normally for other colleges you give details online and then make payment using e-banking. And finally (optional) we have to take printout and send xerox of doucments.

Is it the same for MICA ? can somebody please guide me as to how does one go about applying here, in layman's terms ?

I was filling the form but I have a doubt with regards to the 10th and 12th academic percentage. Do we fill the average of ALL subjects given in the exams or only best 5 (for 10th) and best 4 subjects (for 13th) as the ICSE board considers it?
Please help.
