~Reg. SES 2014 document sending: Anyone plz tell, whether both NOC and Experience Certificate are needed to be send in case of a candidate working with govt. sector. I have a doubt that Experience Certificate is given by private companies and not by govt. institutions, plz enlighten. Thank you.
