I'm stuck on व्यक्तिगत विवरण page ,filled everything, clicked submit but on clicking 'next' button nothing happens. Anybody faced this?

Has anyone filled the form completely? I have been facing hell lot of problems while filling it. Some of the cells despite being filled and locked are asked to fill again. Stuck on the educational background page. It's extremely irritating.
