Like topic based on
-Gender equality
-Promotion whether based on Seniority Or experience
-Higher education in India wrt Abroad.
-Mandatory education level to contest in election
And others
Remember one thing PSU usually avoid any topic with is related with
-Current GOI decisions/policies
-Involve Racism/Reservation
etc.

Is the sequence followed in the list of candidates called for gd is based on marks secured by them in the online test?
i am from kolkata selected for mt(f&a).kindly clarify about duration and place of training and most probable place of posting after training,as i cannot move outside kolkata

So only a couple of days to go....RIGHT!
Today let me share with you all the actual scenario of Interview.There will be around 8-10 people from MSTC.The presence of CMD(also director -Operation),director (Finance),GM(IT),HR(Mngr),GM(Business Operation),GM(Corporate Comm) will be almost there,along with others.Those who will attend intew with B.tech background(CSE/IT/M Sc) with work ex or without work ex will be hand over to GM(IT).He will ask you an array of question related with your current domain/work ex/MSTC Auction portal etc.Try to be very specific with your answer.
CMD wants those candidates who are willing to work in newly opened offices at different locations and are able to bring business for MSTC.
So never ever show any stickness with location preferences.
For finance guys Director (finance) will ask you your domain knowledge and related application/latest terminolgy...etc.
Rest memeber may ask or may not ask Question,because it will last within 10 min.
So be confident.Do some homework on your domain knowledge.Refine your work ex.Read About MSTC and visit its e commerce site.Read related latest News/activity performed by MSTC in FY 16-17.
AND its humble request to you all that try to explore the answers of related Question,which was,is and will be related to you by own.It will last & effective as well.
According to me -Your interview is finished ,once you completed the answer of this Quest-Tell me something about yourself?
