Dear All, Pls stop posting messages enquiring whether I will be in or out? When will the result come? What will be the cutoff? Should I start preparing or Not? ****I am dedicating to them my Personal experience with Nabard's selection procedures.*** Last year, I appeared for the interview of NABARD Grade A. Then I realized that NABARD is Government sector enterprise. They work in their own style. The exam dates can't be predicted, neither the result! Even if you enquire thousand times , they will declare the result only when they feel appropriate. But if you irritate them, they will remember you.( This was happened last year in interview. The HR recognized one irritating candidate who mailed them many times). They always take their own time. They asked us bank A/c no. So that they can transfer the TA immediately and They gave us TA after 2 months. They took around 60 days to interview 550 candidates. But after the final result, they told the candidates to join within 15 days. This is how NABARD works. If anybody is taking public voting to decide whether he/she study for Mains, then you can be the next President of AAP! No one can tell you that whether you'll be selected or not except yourself! Better is to have patience, keep faith in your dreams, and start preparing. After all, it's always your choice!
