Guys for those who want to make an effort to appear in NABARD and UICL both here is the details of HRD department - -

For others who think they can clear NABARD and don't need to appear for UICL etc i request yoy to consider this--
1)NABARD selection procedure is not transparent at all.
2)the ratio of no of candidates selected for interview is higher than RBI and UPSC.
3)The syllabus this year is new and tht brings a lot of unpredictability in the exam.
LAST YR they set low cutt off level for mains and hence a lot of ppl were invited for interview. But most even if they scored great marks in interview were not selected. I had scored 20 marks out of 25 n nt selected. I wudnt ve been selected had i got full marks either. Point is why to call for interview if the candidate cannot get selected in any case. That takes a lot of time from the candidate's preparation. I had to miss NICL exam last year coz of mains of nabard. There are many such things in the selection procedure that makes one think twice about the whole system.
Anyways its our right to appear for UICL and specially considering less no of seats in NABARD. So kindly make an effort to convince the HR to postpone the exam. I AM sure the dates ve been not fixed(considering the speed wit which they work).. So a lot of pur mails and calls can make some difference.
I ve already mailed him. Please spread the word and help make some change.
