What's your expectation about release of result-
- 2nd week- i.e. before 12th nov
- They want to give new year gift
- november last
- 4th week- before 26th nov
- 3rd week- before 19th nov

Talked to nabard representative....he said there are certain approvals which are need to be obtained...dey r trying their level best...result nov end hi aayega....pehle aana k chances are less than 10%
So much info now each with different probable dates of result. What's real what's not. What to believe and what not to? Nyway better Keep calm and just Wait.
Hello all, I am Prasun Sonar working as Grade A in NABARD . Dont worry about the results, last year also when we were at your stage, HR team took its team before declaring results. Our results came after 40 odd days, the last day interviews were held. So relax. If you guys want to ask anything about nabard you can ask me.
Guys, sorry fr replying late...abt salary..till now we have parity with RBI so we get the best salary in comparison to commercial banks and other..basic is 17,100 ..DA is 128 %..which changes depending upon inflation...plus other allowances like family allowance, hill allowance etc..this is just the salary part which is due for revision since 2012....now apart from this you will getting more than Rs 17,000 as perks.
There is no much work pressure like in commercial banks but in small ROs there will be considerable amount of work. One reason is we dont deal with public except in case some desks of Dept of Refinance. It depends a lot on the person to take initiative and the amount of exposure you will get here is unparallel in the market.
Now abt result...our joining came 1 month after declaretion of result.
No need to worry about what to bring at training...We have a world class training institute at Lucknow.
So, sit tight and wait..it is a matter of few days....dont believe on rumors...for any queries only contact HR dept.
