Does rbi ask to mention number of previous attempts or details regarding previous attempts while filling DAF for interview. Anyone has softcopy of daf provided by rbi. Guys pls reply.

I heard that some people got 25/25 and 40/40 in interviews whereas some got 11/40. Many are saying its a fraud. is it so? I am thinking whether to do preparation for next exam or not. any suggestions?
