HI guys! NABARD has been carved out of RBI in 1982.Both these organisations are topmost regulators in their respective sectors so they must follow same hierarchy and benefits for its employees.My question is....as far as salary,emoluments and growth is concerned,can we say RBI grade B and NABARD Grade B,manager RDBS are the same??.Mind you pay scale and emoluments in both the organisations are the samesame(word by word).So salary wise is it as good as RBI grade B??
Has anyone on the forum applied both for the grade A and grade B post ??

Do the phase2 papers take place one after the other. Is it a 6 hour paper?? I haven't given writtens ever.

Hi frds , i want to know , why nabard is asking for the "state applied for " while filling the form ? Any chances for home posting ? but as per some google group chats , home posting is not given by Nabard ? kindly clarify .

Hi can anyone tell me that whether the phase 2 paper will be conducted on the same day of written examination ?
In the application form, its mentioned: State applied for: Does it mean that if we clear the exam from "state A", we will be posted only in "state A" and not in "state B" which is my home state?
