Hello people, I have my old OBC certificate issued on 08/03/2016. I applied for new one bt these state govt. people r taking lot of time to process it.Have interview on 24th oct.Nxt to Impossible nw to get it bfr 24th. GRADE B PEOPLE, PLZ SUGGEST whether they rallowing people wd similar cases to appear with AN UNDERTAKING IN THIS REGARD.
