Any idea how to score well in the Descriptive paper? I got 70 and I'm not satisfied.

Hello everyone, I am under waitlist in Nabard Grade A and I believe that I am the only waitlisted candidate in my discipline and category. One of my my friend who was selected under the same discipline and category has declined the offer letter, but I have received no communication from Nabard.
With the selected candidates having been called for training, can we conclude that Nabard not call the waitlisted candidates anytime soon in the near future?
Is anyone on this forum in a position to comment?
