For solving quadratic equation, you need not to worry about sign.
First you solve by putting its sign aside and in the end put the sign on the basis of following conclusions-
If in the equation there is a pattern of +, + then both the final value will be in negative
similarly
-, - = bigger value will be positive where as smaller one will be negative
-, += both will be positive
finally, +, - = bigger value will be in negative and smaller will be positive
follow this in exam and 5 questions will not take more than 7 minutes

Computer + Gk = 10 mints 40 ques
EsI+Agriculture = 15 mints 50 ques
So first 90 questions needs to be done in 25 mints
English - 30 mints
Quant - 25 mints
Reasoning - 40 mints
