I want to state it very clearly that I absolutely love PG and would always be a patron of this noble idea of 'sharing knowledge'.
How come even the basic functionalities were not tested before rolling out the new version?
PG folks should've had rolled out an optional beta version before making such massive changes in the UI.
with the mba season only 4 months away, the last thing we want is to struggle with the pg UI.
i don't doubt the intention behind this revamp but the implementation side of things could've been better handled.
cant check messages,notifications and profile.....can we have back the older version please!!
Frustrating.
Software developer and tester of this pagalguy team are...
- Talented, they need time to fix the bug
- Experienced, purposefully they are doing this
- Fresher’s, they need time to update
- Indirectly helping us to switch for other websites forums
- Frustrated, becoz salary has been not given

As you have got enough feedback for beta version, please revert back to the previous version while the bugs are being fixed. There are not only ui/notification issues but serious functionality issues.
I think PG change is going to be one good thing after all these bugs are debugged 😄

Notification bug - fixed
Messages are loading
Site is loading faster.
Still there are few minor bugs left.
One think most people want is stark distinction between the main post and comments color.
One more thing that whenver someone PMs then the notification does NOT show that there is new messages but when you open the drop down menu of messages you can find there are new messages which you haven't read.
Unable to see notifications on the pagalguy iOS app, any updates on that? And while you're at it, please add a separate tab for messages in the app.

@deepu there's a problem in PG Android App too, unable to view homepage, no notfication updates.
when trying to refresh home tab it says no internet connection even on 4G.

unable to comment to any post from mobile
steps to reproduce:
1. I log into PG
2. I navigate to my subscribed page
precondition:- the comment is of a single line only restricted to few words
3. I comment on a post
4. I want to edit my post
5. I click on the drop down to 'Edit'
Outcome: user not shown all the options i.e edit/delete/report rather a scroll bar is introduced
Not sure whether this was as per requirement or not.
