Suppose I withdraw from IIM Nagpur now.. when will I get refund...

When is the next list of iim nagpur expected?
My CAT percentile was 97.47. VA - 96.89. QA - 98.38, DI-LR - 80.2 percentiles respectively. Work Ex - 0. 10th - 90.57%, 12th - 87.4%, Grad (Engg) - 82%.
Didn't appear for other IIM interviews although I was called. (Shillong and CAP - all 6 IIMs)
Will I be considered for the newest IIMs after this?
What about both gaya and Amritsar? When can we expect the results?

Which is a sane choice considering d fact tat even welingkar had 50+ companies in summer placements and 120+ in finals nd their avg salary is also close to 7. For IIM sirmaur, location is d biggest spoiler nd also poor summer placements shows it all.
