Hello Guys.. I am not that active on PG but still would like to bring forth a thought. After seeing the NIACL AO reault today, I was really disheartened!! I feel that the process is majorly biased and the panel is more inclines towards our brother and sisters from south india. The same thing happened with me in UIIC AO, ECGC PO and now in NIACL. Panelists were really rude and in interview, I and a Friend of mine were bullied for being delhiiets. So after reading posts on PG about being interviewed with a biased approach, I have decided to take this forward. So I have filed an RTI for now, and I will do the maximum I can to help change this!! Candidates who feel the same can file and RTI about tha same. I am attaching the content of my RTI. Thanks.

PUYS, result mein likha hua hai ki jo medical test mein nahi aaenge unka candidature turant cancel ho jaega. Aur rbi bhi kafi log prefer karenge over Niacl aur ibps po bhi kar sakte hain..to puri chance hai ki waiting list jaldi aani chahiye. Be hopeful guys...

There will be second list also but it will be released after medicals wala merit.
Last time also second merit list was released and more people were called. So don't lose hope and keep patience till then.
