Blaming interview board after failing to get through indicates only one thing, "sheer frustration". You are not selected because you are NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Pls understand that. Analyse where you made mistakes and move on, rather than spitting out your frustrations and wasting time. ( NB: Me too not selected. )

Hello Puys, I just want to give an insight about my interview. I am 2012 passout but due to some backlogs my engineering was completed in late 2013. They asked me why there is a gap (12th-2008 and b.tech-2013). I told them the truth with confidence. I have no work-ex. I was just preparing for the competition and giving tuitions side by side (i told them about it too). They asked me questions related my achievements,current affairs,about NIACL except for few I answered all. 12th percentage-59 and 10th-69.4,btech-64.25. I think my profile was the least impressive among all. They tried to grill me but I remained confident and finally with 128 attempts i am in in general category. I dont think so they have personal grudge against anyone. They were just checking our confidence. It might be possible many of you didn't perform upto their expectations because if they were biased, I will be the first one to be kicked because my profile doesn't have anything impressive except my confidence. And if anybody thinks i can't understand their pain, trust me i can because i missed po 5 by 0.3 marks,sbi po by 2 marks and during this year's po 6 i was diagnosed with dengue and typhoid that made me suffered badly. Remained jobless from June 2012 till feb 2017.
I had my interview on 21st feb in delhi at 12pm. There will be waiting list so be hopeful guys and many will join RBI assistant so please have patience. I dont want to offend anyone and really want to see many at NIA especially Amit prakash, Khiladi,red demon,akshay sidana and Epicnamebro (I really wish ap log ke naam waiting list mein top par ho)

For those who got the Mail regarding Medical have they mentioned about the venue and date of medical test or just a intimation mail
MD medicals called today, and told me I have my medicals tomorrow..I'm not even in the city.. so he postponed it to 15th..But I haven't received any mail regarding that..Kinda panicking.. :🙈

I got a call today at 8 and they asked me to
take the medical tests tomorrow, I told him I'm not in the city, so he fixed my appointment for 15th, and 11pm I luckily checked my spam folder where I saw mail stating that my appointment is for tomorrow at 9 .. now I have to cover over 300km tonight...Being a girl makes it difficult... . I'm trying to write to them..But can't find Nia's hr email.. AND EVEEYONE SELECTED PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!
