When we will be required to produce the guarantee bond? before or after training? Also the bond should be executed by two sureties (not blood relatives) of good financial standing. Who are eligible to sign as surety? I have asked two of my friends to sign.(one guy is working in a PSU n other guy is doing PG) Does NIACL check financial standing of the sureties? Please clarify whether the guarantee bond signing will be a strict process or just a formality...
