why have they called 138 students when there are only 60 posts total from delhi? any logic?

Vcasonova investigator hai kya tu.namune mujhe result may last me pata tha tu kahan jungle me rahta hai.wo to main pass nahi hua LPT to apne hath me tha.uttarakhand .ab chale ja pagle kuch or dekh.SBI pre july me hai pad le yahan galiyan dene se tera bhala nahi hone wala.
