I was doing private job at the time of filling NIACL application form and mentioned employer name in the application form at that time. However, I left the private job without serving notice period and don't have any relieving letter or NOC or experience certificate. Is an N.O.C or a relieving letter required for private job also? In notification they have mentioned it about Government, quasi government, bank, financial institutions. But what about Private?

what we need to mention in graduate aggregate marks percentage? Is it the aggregate percentage of all 8 semisters or that of last 4 semisters considered by our university for awarding degree? (Result table of fifth to eight sem and degree class is mentioned in below half of my 8th sem marks card)
