If a reserved(OBC,SC etc) candidate gets high marks,Will he get a seat in General.For example Suppose there are total 10 seats(7 General,3OBC) What if the 2nd highest marks are scored by obc candidate.Will he get seat in general or in obc category?

guys result kab aayega? accha rehta aggar 2 separate list aate candidates ke and sabko bulate for verification, isse backlog vacancies bhi nahi arise hote, verification bhi ho jata, aur clarity rehta, iss dharam sankat ke time par padhai nahi ho pa rahe!!
