Friends, i am one of the 19 candidates from AP that got NIACL Assistant job.. but i decided not to join. Should i inform this to someone or simply not attending tomorrow's joining formalities is enough..??

One of my frnds who joined niacl told that she asked them n they said the vacant seats will be carried forward to next recruitment. So there are chances that no waiting list would be there.

guys please clear my doubt i am from madhyapradesh and in mp only issue obc certificate in central format and no other certificate issued by competent authority like cast validity certificate but some organisation demand cast validity certificate so in that case will they consider only obc non creamy certificate in central format or they creat any problem
